Gamma-amino-butyric acid is also known as GABA. In fact, it is the chief inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system of all mammals. N-acetyl-5-metho-xytryptamine or melatonin is a hormone produced by the body of an animal in higher doses during sleep. It can be helpful when having jet lag. It is considered to be safe only when used for a short period of time.

The manufacturer of Zenrx does not mention any side effects of its product on the official website. To my mind, it cannot solve the problem of extreme anxiety alone.
