Entresto Reviews - What Is It?

WARNING: DO NOT BUY Entresto Until You Read This Review!
Is it a Scam? Does It Really Work? Check Ingredients, Side Effects and More! Emily Butler

Entresto is the first medicine of its kind that is made to treat heart failure (HF). It is claimed to be FDA-approved, however, this fact is not proven. Today this dietary supplement is used to treat certain types of HF. It is made by a not reputable company that is based somewhere in the USA. It is promised to help you live longer and decrease the risk of having to visit a doctor because of HF. It is a prescription medicine used to decrease the chance of dying and hospitalization of patients with HF. Entresto can be used in combination with other HF therapies, as substitute of an ACE inhibitor or other ARB therapy.

The product has its own official website that is not very informative though. It is not known for sure whether it is safe and effective. It is also unknown whether it can be used for children. Entresto treatment requires constant doctor's supervision and monitoring as the product has not been studied well enough. More thorough study is expected to provide new safety information. A number of healthcare professionals have reported a lot of possible adverse reactions associated with the use of Entresto.

Ingredients of Entresto - Does It Really Work? Is It a Scam?

Heart failure is usually a problem of people with a weak heart that cannot pump enough blood to other parts of the body. Entresto contains two main ingredients: sacubitril and valsartan. The first one deals with blood pressure and works by increasing the amount of certain proteins in the human body. These proteins can dilate blood vessels, reduce sodium levels and, as a result, decrease blood pressure. Sacubitril belongs to a class of medications called neprilysin inhibitors.

Another ingredient of the supplement is valsartan. It belongs to the class of medications called angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs) which are able to relax blood vessels improving the blood flow. When blood vessels relax, the heart can pump blood throughout the body more easily. In fact, valsartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker that is also known as ARB. It keeps blood vessels widened, which improves blood circulation and decreases blood pressure.

Entresto is a prescription drug and should be used only under doctor's supervision. It is prescribed to certain patients with chronic heart failure whose symptoms suddenly get worse. This medicine lowers the risk of death from heart failure and helps to avoid hospitalization. It is usually taken in combination with other blood pressure medications for better effect.

Customer Reviews - Does It Have Any Side Effects?

The manufacturer does describe possible side effects due to the use of Entresto. It can be very dangerous for the human health. It really does lead to adverse reactions including dizziness, cough, and lightheadedness. If you have any of these effects for longer than five days, inform your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible. To reduce the risk of having those side effects, get up slowly from a sitting or lying position.

More serious side effects from using this supplement may include signs of kidney problems (urine changes), symptoms of a high potassium blood level (slow or irregular heartbeat, muscle weakness), and fainting. Some people may even get a serious allergic reaction that includes the following symptoms: itching, rash, swelling of the face, throat or tongue), trouble breathing and severe dizziness.

Entresto is not recommended to pregnant women because this drug may cause injury or death to the baby, especially when you take the medicine during your second or third trimester of pregnancy. The supplement should be avoided by people with diabetes because Entresto can interact with aliskiren contained in such medications as Tekamlo, Tekturna, Amturnide, Valturna. Before taking this medicine, you are highly recommended to consult your doctor and inform the specialist about possible allergic reactions to any foods, medications and supplements. Sacubitril or valsartan (Diovan) can lead to a severe allergic reaction.

It is not recommended to take Entresto within thirty-six hours before or after taking any ACE inhibitor medication. You should avoid taking this medication with aliskiren if you suffer from kidney disease. Also tell your doctor if you have liver disease, if you are on a low-salt-diet; or if you suffer from dehydration. It is unknown whether Entresto ingredients can pass into breast milk, so it is better to stay on the safe side and not to use the supplement. Call your doctor immediately if you feel dizzy or are extremely tired, if you have a slow heart rate, muscle weakness, weak pulse, tingly feeling; or when you suffer from kidney problems. In case of having any side effects, report them to FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088. Here are some of the users' reviews.

"Entresto side effects of almost killed me! It was very difficult to breathe. When I went to the doctor and had my health tested I found out that my heart has enlarged significantly in just six months. This medication can kill you. Don't take it ever!"

"I didn't like entresto because of the side effects it causes. I noticed a reduction in my vision after taking it for two months. The doctor diagnosed an inflammation on my sight nerve. They also found temporal arthritis and prescribed me cortisone."

"I had severe side effects because of Entresto: difficulty breathing, dizziness, swollen throat, choking on food, tingling in my fingers and severe fatigue. I just slept from 16 to 20 hours a day. I was diagnosed to have an enlarged left atrium of the heart, and a reduced left ventricle ejection fraction."

Where To Buy Entresto?

Entresto can be bought from retail stores online such as Drugs. The cost for the supplement (60 tablets) is about $436. You can pay with cash or with your credit card. You cannot buy it via Amazon, GNC or Walmart.

My Final Summary

I don't think that Entresto can take proper care of your health because it is reported to cause a great number of side effects. Few people say that the product is safe and effective. Besides, it is very expensive and needs more research to prove its safety. If you really need help for your heart, look for a safer product from a more reputable company.

Affordable Alternative

Many doctors consider that the problem can be well solved by another product known as Blood Flow Optimizer. I completely agree with them because I study many products of the kind! I recommend you reading my review about Blood Flow Optimizer. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
